Dr. Jareena Begum M
Founder & Director
Dr. Jareena Begum Mohammed is a science graduate. Her penchant for grooming made her a first-generation entrepreneur with the establishment of Mina Beauty Clinic a pioneer in Kakinada, in 1984. Now she added another feather to her cap with the launch of Mahir's Beauty & Hair Clinic by Mina in 2023.

She is a seasoned beauty and wellness professional, educator, and entrepreneur with over 38 years of experience. Recognizing her contribution to the holistic approach to Beauty Therapy, the Royal American University has awarded her with a Doctorate.
​
A thorough professional, Mrs. Jareena believes the key to staying relevant is to keep educating herself. She exemplifies continuous professional development with over 9 world-class and 30 + India's illustrious institutions like C.I.D.E.S.C.O (Zurich), L’Oréal, Toni & Guy, ISB et al.

As an entrepreneur, her role in introducing the new and latest to the market- professional beauty and wellness services, international brands, products, and techniques to specialized services such as Eyelash Extensions, Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting, Eyelash Lift, Microblading, Micropigmentation, Lip Blushing, Microneedling, Airbrush Makeup, Anti-Ageing treatments viz., Mesotherapy & Dermabrasion, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, Reiki, and Pranic Healing, is pivotal
Her commitment to providing quality services and training has carved a niche and earned the reputation to be the most dependable and preferred destination for Beauty, Hair, Makeup, and SPA services and training in and around Kakinada. This prompted her to grow organically. Full scholarship for Goldman Sachs 10, 000 Women Entrepreneur Program with Indian School of Business (Hyderabad), Ambassador Program from Indian School of Business (Mohali), and the Iron Lady Leadership Program with Tata Institute of Social Sciences, has propelled the presence to be more prominent and strategic.
She trained hundreds of students who are now successful professionals and entrepreneurs. She also conducted several training workshops and offered her services to international brands. Through Mina Cosmetology& Wellness Academy, Dr. Jareena continues to bring the latest in education to aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs.

To share her expertise and technical know-how, she launched Zara Beauty SPA & Fitness Pvt Ltd., as Co-Founder and Technical Director. This experience propelled her to ideate, create, and initiate a bigger platform benefitting beauty professionals across Andhra Pradesh with the launch of the Association of Beauty Therapists and Cosmetologists, Andhra Pradesh, ABTC (AP). She is the Chairperson for the ABTC (AP). She is the Founder and Director of the Institute of Beauty and Hair Sciences (IBHS), the first CIDESCO (Zurich) and ABTC (India) accredited school in Andhra Pradesh.
Her belief in providing holistic education led to Mina Cosmetology & Wellness Academy, (earlier known as Zarin's Beauty & Hair Academy) which aims to make professional education, of national and international recognition in Aesthetics, Beauty, Hair, Makeup, SPMU, SPA, Wellness & Management.
Dr. Mina Farheen M
Dentist & Clinical Cosmetologist
Dr. Mina is a qualified Dentist. Having an affinity for creative and intuitive expression, she pursued Makeup at the London School of Beauty and Makeup, London. She then made strides toward being a qualified practicing Clinical Cosmetologist ( ILAMED), Nutritionist ( National Institute of Nutrition), and Aesthetician from CIDESCO ( Zurich).

Dr. Mina ​specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments for skin, hair, and body such as acne, pigmentation, brightening, scars, skin resurfacing and skin retexturizing, Micro-needling, Mesotherapy, Cryolipolysis, Laser, IPL, Chemical Peels, Semi Permanent Makeup.

Actively involved in business, vendor management, and operations management of Mina Beauty Clinics.
​
She is a member of ABTC ( India & AP). Worked with South India’s first ABTC India-accredited school, the Institute of Beauty and Hair Sciences ( Kakinada) as a Visiting Faculty. Dr. Mina is a Training Director for Mina Cosmetology & Wellness Academy.

Dr. Mina was awarded the Best Student during the CIDESCO( Zurich) examination in 2019.
Ms. Rubina Afreen M
SPA Educator & Operations Head
Ms. Rubina is a postgraduate in business management. She is experienced in Operations, Training, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing and Sales Operations. A strategic planner with an eye for detail, her expertise in improvising and streamlining end-to-end operational processes.
She is an SPA Educator with internationally accredited diplomas from CIBTAC (UK) in Aesthetics, Body Electrical Treatments, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology. She is a qualified Non-Surgical Facial Aesthetician.
​
Her previous assignments included managing SPA Operations and Training for Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat and SPA and Pema Wellness - Baypark Hotels and Resorts, and Lecturer at Ananda SPA Institute.
​
Experienced in managing large teams, preopening, and training.
​
Her work assignments include the Institute of Beauty and Hair Sciences as a Visiting Faculty. Ms. Rubina is a Training Director with Mina Cosmetology & Wellness Academy.
